I do not accept various payment methods like robux, discord nitro, etc, cash only.

Until I get a better computer, speedpaints are unavailable due to memory limitations, as recording causes my laptop to freeze, simpler drawing can have speedpaint, I will let you know if it was possible.

Payment is split: 50% upon confirmation of the final sketch and 50% before I send the finished drawing, you do not own the sketches or the progress before the first or last payment.

I will notify you if I need to cancel or require more time for the commission. If the client cancels after the final sketch is confirmed and payment has been sent, the maximum amount I will retain is the cost of the sketch for the requested type (Bust: $10, Half-body: $20, Full-body: $28); if I have already completed the line art or base colors, the initial 50% payment will be refunded and I will retain the Lineart w/ base color equivalent.

The price is negotiable based on complexity, but I will not go below the rates listed in my price sheet or the sale.

Do not use my drawings to train AI or create NFTs, and do not claim that they were created by you or anyone else, and don't use my art for hate.

I reserve the right to use your commission for promotional purposes and as an example of my work, unless you explicitly state that I cannot do so, either temporarily or not.

Do not remove my signature from the drawing.

For commercial use of the artwork (e.g., pendants, keychains, posters), I charge an additional 80% on top of the total price; this grants you commercial usage rights and permission to remove my signature.

If you post the commission or use it as a profile picture or banner, please tag me or include my social media @ in your bio; if I am not on that specific platform, please use my Linktree link or my Nickname "TobyLex".

I will provide progress updates and always ask if any modifications are needed.

Modifications such as changes to the pose, expression, outfit, hairstyle, or objects are only possible before the base sketch is confirmed; after that point, only minor changes, such as hair color, specific hair strands, or small details will be allowed. Don't be shy about asking about the drawing; I'll give you an update whenever you ask, and I'll always let you know if I need to pause progress.
